Download Ranges
To see how easy it is to input data and to output results, download the installation file according to your operating system and run it, making sure the Java runtime is also installed as described below.
Note that until it is licensed, the downloaded version of Ranges will run in demo mode. If you want a fully functional version of Ranges 9 and Ranges 9 Lite, you can buy a Ranges licence.
Ranges Demo
The Ranges Demo will allow you to enter your own data or use example files to run Minimum Convex Polygons, see the results on the graphical output screen and
- Watch the Log as the analyses progress
- Export graphics using the print button
- See statistical outputs in the Statistics Viewer
More advanced home range techniques, interaction, habitat and modelling analyses are not available in the demo.
Ranges Requirements
You must have the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) Version 8 or above installed to run Ranges. If not, please go to the Java download pages and follow the instructions to install it.
If you are running a 64 bit operating system, please make sure you install the 64 bit version of Java. If you have any questions or problems, do not hesitate to contact us.
